When will my order arrive?

We aim to process, engrave and dispatch all orders within five working days. For UK delivery, add 1 - 2 days to this timeframe for delivery. For orders to the EU, add 2 - 3 days. And for orders to the USA, add 4 - 5 days.

Why is there a charge to set-up my logo?

When a graphic is sent to us to be engraved, it has to be digitised in preparation for engraving. This is a time-consuming and skilled process that requires specialist software. We need to cover the cost of this process, and, as the engraving itself is free, we do this by charging a one-off origination fee.

What format should my logo be in?

We can take logo graphics in most standard formats: JPEG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, or EPS (recommended). If, for any reason, we have difficulty with the format of your logo graphic, we will always contact you to resolve the problem. Our engraving team has a wealth of experience and would not proceed with a logo engraving unless the digitised graphic was of sufficient quality.

Why do I have to open an account with you?

It is not compulsory to have an account in order to purchase products. However, if you require logo engraving then an account is necessary so that we can store your artwork. Opening an account will allow you to view previous orders, store your cart contents for a future order, and allows faster checkout.

Is your checkout process safe?

In a word, yes! Our checkout process is on a secure server and uses encryption to ensure that any sensitive data you enter - such as a credit card number - cannot be seen or intercepted by any other party. There are two indicators you can use to see whether our checkout process is secure - firstly, the address of our site in your browser will begin with https:// (standard web addresses are http://, with no 's'); and most browsers will show a locked padlock icon, usually along the bottom bar, to indicate that you are visiting a page on a secure server.

What is your returns policy?

Any products purchased from our site that arrive in a damaged or imperfect condition may be returned for a full refund. We also adhere to European Union legislation which states that customers are entitled to a seven day 'cooling off' period after purchasing online. However, please note that under this EU legislation, goods that have been customised to a customer's specification - such as by engraving - are exempt from this cooling-off period.
